Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1–2 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or during weekends will be processed the next business day.
Please note: If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via notification on app.

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
* Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
* Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
* Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days (available for select locations).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout.
* For orders over Rs. 2200 (threshold amount), we offer free standard shipping.
* For expedited or express shipping, rates will vary based on the chosen delivery method and destination.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number on app. You can track the status of your shipment through our courier partners’ websites.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information (including your address, phone number, and email address) is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or issues at the carrier's end. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and keep you updated.


7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
